Description

There are two ways to use the sliders so you can choose the setup that works best for your classroom. Students pull the strip through a small envelope one letter at a time, isolating each sound before blending the full CVC word, then slide the strip out fully to reveal the picture and confirm their reading.
Alternatively, use a sticky note to cover the picture, which students lift to check if they decoded the word correctly.
