These Science of Reading-aligned CVC Words Sentence Puzzles challenge students to read and build both a CVC sentence and a picture at the same time. Each puzzle is split into vertical strips (one word per strip, one slice of the picture per strip) so students have to decode each word and think about sentence order to assemble the image correctly.

With 30 puzzles in two versions (color strips for center use and matching worksheets for building and writing) this activity works as a hands-on center and a no-prep printable in one resource.
