Description
Add a basket of snap cubes or stackable counters and these Syllable Clap and Build Tower Mats turn counting syllables into something kindergarten and first grade students build with their hands. Students say the picture word, clap the parts, and stack one cube on the square for every syllable they hear.
Every mat comes in three levels, so one student can work with one and two syllable words while another counts words up to four syllables, building phonological awareness at the right level for each student.
